Response to the Institute of Medicine Study

U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services Michael O. Leavitt released a report to Congress outlining his response to a March 9, 2006 study from the Institute of Medicine, which called for maximizing the potential of the Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) program.
